Advertising rates for the magazine version of ITG are determined on an issue-by-issue basis; below are the rates for issue 1, being published in the first week of October. ITG is published in two formats: one for sending to American laserprinters (8 1/2 x 11 inches), and one for European printers (A4 format). Advertisers are encouraged to create both a US and EU version of their ad, for the most perfect fit possible; or we would be happy to "squeeze" one version for you into the dimensions of the other.
