Download the Jason Pettus Widget for Mac OSX
I have created a "widget" for my various online accounts, a small piece of software that will deliver feeds straight to your desktop, instead of you having to visit the sites through a web browser. It is for Mac OSX's "Dashboard" feature, which users can pull up on their machines by pressing the "F12" button on their keyboards. Simply download the file to your computer and then double-click on it; your operating system should take care of all the rest automatically. Then, to change which feed you wish to view, simply click on the black "information" icon that appears when hovering over your widget with your mouse.
This widget was created by stealing large amounts of code from the much better Google Sightseeing Widget, created by a widget-development company called Colorworks. I am happy to acknowledge this publicly, and want to thank them immensely for the help in creating my own (and for not suing me).
